Emaxwell Souza de Lima (nascido em 11 de fevereiro de 1995), mais conhecido como Maxwell, é um jogador de futebol brasileiro que atua como atacante do Cuiabá, por empréstimo do Kalmar FF.
Artilheiro do Mato-Grossense 2020, Emaxwell vem se destacando na temporada e é tido como um dos melhores jogadores da série B.
Os fãs o apelidaram de Messi do Sertão, pela sua genialidade com a bola nos pés.
