Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development
The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (Urdu: وزارت ماورائے بحر پاکستانی و ترقی انسانی وسائل), abbreviated as MOPHRD) is a ministry of the Government of Pakistan that oversees matters concerning Overseas Pakistanis and human resource development in Pakistan.

Sayed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari is the current Minister of State and Special Assistant for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.[1]
The ministry was created in July 2013, from a merger of the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis[2][3] and the Ministry of Human Resource Development.[4]
