Wisconsin has placed at Miss Teen USA, on four occasions. They first placed in 1984, when Adrianne Hazelwood made the semi-finals, and then endured an eighteen-year dry spell until Vanessa Semrow won the Miss Teen USA crown in 2002. The dry spell was broken at Miss Teen USA 2013, when Kate Redeker made the top 16.

Two Wisconsin teens have competed at Miss USA, one as Miss Wisconsin-USA and one as Miss Connecticut USA. One teen has also competed at Miss America. In 2007, Bishara Dorre, Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2006, became the first former Miss Teen USA state titleholder to win a Miss America's Outstanding Teen state title, when she was crowned Miss Wisconsin's Outstanding Teen 2007.

Olivia Lulich of Lyndon Station was crowned Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2020 on September 8, 2019 at Fond du Lac High School Performing Arts Center in Fond du Lac. She represented Wisconsin for the title of Miss Teen USA 2020 on November 2020.
