Mohamed Adan Elmi
Mohamed Haji Adan Elmi (Somali: Maxamed Xaaji Aadan Cilmi) is a Somali politician, serving as the current Minister of Parliamentary Relations and Constitutional Affairs of Somaliland since December 2017.[2][3]
