There were 54 housing units at an average density of 490.9 per square mile (189.5/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.7% of the population.

There were 43 households, of which 37.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.2% were married couples living together, 7.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 37.2% were non-families. 32.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 3.26.

There were 57 housing units at an average density of 513.2 per square mile (200.1/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 96.97% White, and 3.03% from two or more races.

The average household size was 2.59 and the average family size was 2.97.

In the city, the population was spread out, with 30.3% under the age of 18, 3.0% from 18 to 24, 37.9% from 25 to 44, 18.2% from 45 to 64, and 10.6% who were 65 years of age or older.
