Mwigulu Nchemba
Mwigulu Lameck Nchemba (born 7 January 1975) is a Tanzanian CCM politician and Member of Parliament for Iramba West constituency since 2010.he is also a minister for constitution and law in tanzania[1]

In December 2015, he was appointed as the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. In July 2018 he was sucked down by Magufuli due to poor performance as the Minister of Home Affairs. On May 2nd 2020 he was appointed as the Minister of Constitutional and Legal Affairs following the death of ambassador Dr. Agustine Phillip Mahiga.[2][3]
