Nagda district
Nagda district (Hindi: नागदा जिला, Nāgdā zilā) is a proposed district in Madhya Pradesh, India. The district capital will be Nagda and will be carved out of Ujjain district.[1] When it will be formally created, it will become the 53rd district of Madhya Pradesh. The creation of the district has been proposed many times in the past.

In June 2019, the Government of Madhya Pradesh announced its intention to create the district in the near future.[2]
