Nagpur Lok Sabha seat is one of the 48 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies of Maharashtra state in western India. This constituency is spread over Nagpur city and some part of Nagpur district.

1952 : Anasuya Kale (Congress) defeated Vinayak Dandekar (SP), Shri Manohar (Jana Sangh) came third or fourth. [2]
1957 : Anasuya Kale (Congress) defeated Haridas Awade (SCF), Narendra Deoghare (PSP) came third.
1962 : Madhav Shrihari Aney (Bapuji Aney, Independent) defeated Rikhabchand Sharma (Congress). Bhaurao Khobragade (RPI) was third, Bachchharaj Vyaas (BJS) was fourth.
1967 : Narendra Deoghare (Cong) defeated A B Bardhan (Communist), Bapuji Aney came third, N L Belekar (Jana Sangh) fourth.
1971 : Jambuwantrao Dhote (Forward Block, w Jana Sangh support) defeated Rikhabchand Sharma (Congress). Katti Appa (RPI) was third, A B Bardhan (CPI) was fourth. Candidate Haridas Awade (RPI) died before the March election. So fresh nominations were filed and the voting was postponed to 18 April 1971. [3]
1977 : Gev Awari (Congress) defeated Bhaurao Khobragade, a.k.a. Rajabhau Khobragade, of RPI, with Jambuwantrao Dhote (IND) in third place. [4]
1980 : Jambuwantrao Dhote (Congress) defeated Shamrao Khobragade. A B Bardhan (CPI) was third.
