Optima Telekom

OT-Optima Telekom d.d. (OT) is one of the leading telecommunications operator in the Croatian telecommunications market. After the establishment in 2004 and after making the first commercial call in its own network in 2005, OT used the liberalization of the telecommunications market as an opportunity to become the leader of changes in a short notice. Today, Optima Telekom's services cover the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. The current market potential of over half a million ports connects more than 2,900 km of Optima Telekom's own optical network. Services that are available for citizens are integrated voice services, broadband internet and IP television.

Optima Telekom has offices, sales and technical teams as well as employees in Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek, Varazdin, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Pula, Sisak and Buje.

As of 2019, Optima Telekom is in the majority ownership of Zagrebačka banka (36.90% of Optima Telekom's shares). Hrvatski Telekom d.d. owns 17.41%, while the remaining 45.69% are in the hands of private and institutional investors.[1]
