Oscar Holter

Oscar Holter is a Swedish record producer and songwriter, based in the United States. He was also a former member of the Electronic Body Music band Necro Facility. He is best known for producing songs with the likes of Katy Perry, The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, MARINA, Tove Lo, Charli XCX, DNCE, Hailee Steinfeld, Carly Rae Jepsen, Cher Lloyd, Christina Aguilera, Adam Lambert, and Troye Sivan.[1]

Holter co-wrote and co-produced The Weeknd’s global smash hit “Blinding Lights” with Swedish pop mastermind Max Martin as well as The Weeknd himself. "Blinding Lights" peaked at number one in thirty-two countries, including the United States and Canada. "Blinding Lights" became The Weeknd's fifth number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 and the Canadian Hot 100, for four and seven weeks respectively. It also became his first number one single in Germany, staying in the first position for ten weeks there, as well in the United Kingdom (eight weeks in number one) and Australia (eleven weeks in number one), thus making it the singer's most successful single to date.[2] [3][4]
