History

The company was founded by Felix Vinokur in 2013.[1] In 2014, production of the 71-911 "City Star" tram was launched at the leased facilities of the Tver Carriage Works, and later-the "Vityaz" tram.[2]

In May 2018, the company moved the assembly of tram carriages from Tver to Saint Petersburg, establishing a separate structural department - "Nevsky factory Plant of Electric Transport" there, leasing the premises of the Oktyabrsky electric car repair factory plant.[3]

In December 2019, the company’s leased part of the territory of the former Trolza factory plant in Engels, where a separate structural department of PC Transport systems the Engels factory Plant of Electric Transport, began functioning.[4]

PC Transport Systems takes part in the development, production and sale of trams, trolleybuses and electric buses. The produced transport operates in Moscow,[5] Saint Petersburg,[6] Krasnodar,[7] Rostov-on-don,[8] Daugavpils, Ulan-Ude,[9] Kazan[10] and Perm.[11]
