Pashi (Hazara tribe)

The Pashi are an ethnic group of Hazara tribes in Afghanistan; they are found Jaghori and Malistan districts.[1] Some of the clans a part of the Pashi are: Chihilbaghtoie Pashi, Jaka-Pashi, Qabjoi, Pai Julga, Shab Bakhair, Bopal, Nawe-Pashi, Payik, Ulyad, Dadi, Zingar. It is important to note that, each clan is made of several large families with a common ancestor. Pashi tribe, and it’s neighbouring tribes believe that Pashi are descendants of Genghis Khan’s Mongol warriors
