Poustseno

Poustseno Macedonian "Пуштено", Pushteno, meaning "set free" is a traditional Macedonian dance from Lerin, Western Macedonia. It is danced in the area of Lerin by the local Macedonians, as well as others, and is also known with the Greek name of "Lytos" (Greek: λυτός).
