Rapp Brush
Major General Isaac Rapp Brush (November 7, 1889 – March 6, 1958) was a United States Army officer who commanded the 40th Infantry Division from 1942 to 1945 during its World War II involvement in the United States armed forces' reconquest of the Philippines.[1]
