Regis-Breitingen

Regis-Breitingen (pronunciation ) is a town in the Leipzig district, in the Free State of Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the river Pleiße, 6 km southwest of Borna. Gertruda Sekaninová-Čakrtová, the Czech Jewish Communist politician, was liberated here in April 1945 by the US American army.
