Richard Holtorf
Richard Holtorf is an American politician and rancher from the state of Colorado. A Republican, Holtorf has represented the 64th district of the Colorado House of Representatives, based in the southeastern corner of the state, since 2019.[1][2]

Holtorf was appointed to the State House after 64th district incumbent Kimmi Lewis died of cancer in late 2019. The Republican vacancy committee chose Holtorf from a field of five candidates, with Holtorf receiving 76 votes out of 115 delegates.[3][4] Holtorf is running for re-election in 2020.
