Scott McLeod (bassist)

Scott McLeod is a British bassist, who was a member of The YAYA's and briefly a member of Oasis in 1995, when Paul McGuigan quit the band citing exhaustion after a long time touring.[1] McLeod appeared in the music video for "Wonderwall" and began a tour with the band of the United States, before quitting after a show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, claiming he missed his girlfriend, which resulted in rhythm guitarist Bonehead briefly playing bass for a while.

Weeks later, McLeod contacted Oasis lead guitarist Noel Gallagher claiming he felt he had made the wrong decision. Gallagher curtly replied: "I think you have too. Good luck signing on".[2] McGuigan was convinced to rejoin Oasis and he stayed until 1999.
