"Somnambulist (Simply Being Loved)" is a song by American musician BT featuring JC Chasez. It was released on March 20, 2003 as the lead single from BT's fourth studio album Emotional Technology. The track quickly became the most successful song from the album, and one of Transeau's biggest commercial hits. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart.

The unmixed version of the song was featured in the North American music video game Dance Dance Revolution Extreme for the PlayStation 2. In the game the song was cut from its original version to roughly a minute and a half in length to fit the standard play length for songs in the DDR series. The main title of the song was displayed as "Simply Being Loved" with "Somnambulist" as the subtitle.

Music video

The song's music video features BT sleepwalking, magically changing the background to a city before he was in a nightclub. It ends with it being played backwards very fast.
