Sujitha

Sujitha (born 12 July 1983) is an Indian television actress who works in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam TV serials. She is known in the state of Kerala for portraying "Unnimaya" in the Asianet TV serial Harichandanam.[2] She also acted in some Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam films.[3][4][5] She worked in more than 100 films and television shows in South Indian languages and also in Hindi.[6]

Early life

She was born to father T. S. Mani and mother Radha at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.[7] She has an elder brother and a younger sister.[1] She is the sister of director Surya Kiran who married actress Kalyani.[8]

Personal life

She is from Kerala and married ad film maker Dhanush and they both settled in Chennai.[6] The couple have a son.[9]

Career

She started her acting even before knowing what is cinema and camera.[1] She first appeared in the film, Abbhas as the granddaughter of K. R. Vijaya when she was just 41 days old.[6]
