Tiragabadda Telugubidda

Tiragabadda Telugubidda (transl.Rebellious Telugu son) is a 1988 Indian Telugu-language action film, produced by Nandamuri Harikrishna under the Tejaswi Productions banner and directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy. It stars Nandamuri Balakrishna, Bhanupriya and music composed by Chakravarthy.[1]

Plot

Inspector Ravi Teja (Nandamuri Balakrishna) a sheer & sincere cop is specially appointed in a city. Seshupal Rao (Rao Gopal Rao) the Mayor conducts several barratries under the grab of honorable. Ravi Teja becomes a diehard to him when the rivalry arises. In tandem, Ravi Teja has a crush with a beauty Padma (Bhanupriya) daughter of Dr. Chathurvedi (Nuthan Prasad) the associate of Seshupal Rao. He also dotes on his sister Deepa (Varalakshmi) and shares the relation beyond with Jhansi (Jeevitha Rajashekar) daughter of Justice Jaganatha Rao (Jaggaiah). Once, Seshupal Rao's son Phani (Rajesh) teases Jhansi, and Ravi Teja files up the case, but he escapes from the sentence. Thereafter, Seshupal Rao ploys to occupy the lands allocated to freedom fighters but Ravi Teja breaks his play. Hence, enraged Seshupal Rao kills Deepa and creates it as an accident. However, Ravi Teja brings out the reality and arrests him but he manipulates the evidence. As a result, Ravi Teja is suspended and sentenced for short term penalty. Soon after release, he flares-up on Mayor's brutal deeds. In tandem, Phani molests Jhansi which leads to her death. Thereby, Jaganatha Rao realizes his mistake and helps in getting back Ravi Teja's position. At last, he ceases the baddies. Finally, the movie ends with the government honoring Ravi Teja with The Gold Medal.
