Toshihide Matsui (松井 俊英, Matsui Toshihide, born 19 April 1978) is a professional Japanese tennis player. On 12 June 2006, he reached his highest ATP singles ranking of 261 and, on 7 May 2018, achieved his highest doubles ranking of 130.[1]
