VinFast President

VinFast President is a full-size luxury SUV manufactured and marketed by VinFast of Vingroup from September 7, 2020.[3] This is fourth car model introduced by VinFast, after VinFast Fadil, LUX A2.0 and SA2.0. The pre-concept version VinFast LUX V8 was presented at Geneva Motor Show 2019.[4][5][6][7]

It's reported that around 500 units will be produced[8] with a retail price of $164,000.[9]

LUX V8 concept

The LUX V8 was presented as a luxury version of the SA2.0 Crossover. It's distinguished by a 6.2-liter V8 engine generating 455 hp with special interior and exterior trim. It was expected to be sold only in a limited edition.[10] The engine is rumored to be a GM LS V8.[11] This model was presented at Geneva Motor Show 2019 through Magna Steyr.[12][13][14]

The car is powered by a 6.2L V8, generating 455 bhp and 624 Nm of torque. The engine model has not been disclosed officially, however is it generally believed to be a GM LS V8.[15][16] Some have suggested that it has been sourced from FCA, possibly a Chrysler 6.2 Hemi block without supercharger.[17][18]
