The 2003 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 94th staging of the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909.

On 26 October 2003, Bride Rovers won the championship after a 1–15 to 1–05 defeat of Inniscarra in the final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.[1] It remains their only championship title in the grade.
