2011–12 Liga IV Bacău
The 2011–12 Liga IV Bacău was the 44th season of Liga IV Bacău, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 6 August 2011[1][2] and was concluded on 13 June 2012.[3]

Other changes
- Although promoted to Liga III, Căiuți preferred to continue in Liga IV due to financial problems.
- Flamura Roșie Sascut took the place of FCM Onești II.[4]
- Mondosport Bacău withdrew from the competition and was replaced by Dofteana.
- Siretul Bacău ceded the place from Biruința Bacău which merged with Consart Șerbănești to formed Consart Biruința Bacău.
