2019 Formula 4 South East Asia Championship

The 2019 Formula 4 South East Asia Championship – Fueled by Petron was the fourth season of the Formula 4 South East Asia Championship. It began at the Sepang International Circuit on 5 April and ended at the same venue on 15 December.[1][2][3]

Calendar

The ten-event, forty-race calendar was released on 2 April 2019.[1][2] On 9 October 2019 the series announced it was replacing the final 2 rounds at Clark International Speedway with 2 rounds at Sepang International Circuit.[3]

  1. Ali Akabi is an Iraqi-Jordanian dual national competing under a Jordanian license. The FIA did not recognise the Iraqi ASN (Iraq Club for Cars and Motorcycles) at the time (having only done so since 2021), despite Akabi appearing as Iraqi on the series entry list.
  2. Emil Skärås claimed the pole position as a guest driver. The 3 bonus points has been given to the highest qualified eligible driver – Hadrien David.
  3. Folky Wongsechareon started from the pole position as a guest driver. The 3 bonus points has been given to the highest starting eligible driver – Sneha Sharma.

  6. Elias Seppänen crossed the finish line first but was disqualified for exceeding track limits and causing a collision with Lucca Allen.[6] He also set the fastest lap, however, the bonus points has not been reallocated.
  7. Omar Aswat started from the pole position as a guest driver. The 3 bonus points has been given to the highest starting eligible driver – Sneha Sharma.
  8. Ivana Cetinich started from the pole position as a guest driver. The 3 bonus points has been given to the highest starting eligible driver – Sneha Sharma.
