Abdallah Aich

Abdallah Mohamad Fadel Aich (Arabic: عبدالله محمد فاضل عيش, Lebanese Arabic pronunciation: [ʕabˈdɑlˤlˤɑ ʕajʃ]; born 5 October 1995) is a Lebanese footballer who plays as a left-back for Lebanese Premier League club Nejmeh and the Lebanon national team.[2]

Club career

Aich started his career at Mawada Tripoli, before moving to Nejmeh's youth team.[3] He made his Lebanese Premier League debut on 6 May 2013, in a 2–1 loss against Safa.[4] He then moved to Eintracht Nordhorn in 2015, playing 25 games and scoring four during his season in Germany.[5] He then returned to Nejmeh in 2016, before being loaned out to Egtmaaey Tripoli the same year.[6] After one season, Aich was released by Nejmeh and signed on a free-contract by Tripoli in 2017. With 33 appearances in two seasons,[4] Aich returned to Nejmeh in 2019.[7]

International career

Aich made his debut for the Lebanon national team on 10 October 2019, playing the full 90 minutes in a 2–1 home win against Turkmenistan in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.[8]
