Arpeni
Arpeni (Armenian: Արփենի; formerly until 1978, Palutli or Palutlu) is a village and rural community (municipality) in the Shirak Province of Armenia. Within the village is a 19th-century church. The National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia (ARMSTAT) reported its population was 397 in 2010,[1] up from 373 at the 2001 census.[2]
