Atebubu District
Atebubu District is a former district that was located in Brong-Ahafo Region, Ghana. On 12 November 2003, Pru District was split off by a decree of president John Agyekum Kufuor; thus the remaining portion has been since then officially called Atebubu-Amantin District. The district assembly was located in the eastern part of Bono East Region and had Atebubu as its capital town.
