Bill Mercer is a Montana politician, and currently serves in the Montana House of Representatives.[1]

Mercer was born in 1964 in Billings, Montana. Later in life he got a JD in law at George Mason University School of Law, an MPA in Government at Harvard University, and a BA in Political Science at the University of Montana. He got elected to the Montana House of Representatives in 2018.[2]
