Kimberly Dudik
Kimberly Dudik (born November 4, 1974) is an American politician and attorney who has served in the Montana House of Representatives since 2013.[1][2] Dudik is a candidate for Attorney General of Montana in the Democratic primary.[3]

Early life and education
Dudík was born in Frenchtown, Montana.[4]
Dudik earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University.[5] She also has earned a law degree from the University of Montana School of Law and a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.[5][6]
Politics
Dudik works as an attorney in private practice at Dudik Law P.L.L.C.
In 2015, Dudik worked with Republican Montana Attorney General Tim Fox to combat human trafficking in Montana. She carried House Bill 89 which substantially reformed Montana’s human trafficking laws.[4][7]
Dudik served on the Appropriations Committee for the 2013,[8] 2015,[9] and 2017.[10] Dudik served on the Joint Appropriations Subcommittee on Judicial Branch, Law Enforcement, and Justice in the 2013,[11] 2015,[12] and 2017.[13] Dudik served on the Finance Committee for the 2013,[14] 2015,[15] and 2017.[16] In 2018 she became Vice-Chair of the Finance committee.[17] Dudik served on the Rules Committee for the 2013,[18] 2015,[19] and 2017.[20] She was Vice-Chair of the Rules Committee in the 2017 legislative session.[21] Dudik served as Chair for the Office of State Public Defender Task Force.[22]
2020 campaign for Montana Attorney General
On December 17, 2017, Dudik announced her intention to be a candidate for Montana Attorney General in the 2020 election.[3] She has reported approximately $101,000 in the quarter ending June 30, 2019. She loaned her campaign $85,000. She has repaid $30,000 of the loan.[23]
