- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, all matches scheduled for September 2020 were played behind closed doors.[3][4]
- The Bosnia and Herzegovina v Northern Ireland match, originally scheduled to be played at Bilino Polje Stadium, Zenica, was later moved to Stadion Grbavica, Sarajevo.
