Cordel Iwuagwu

Cordel Iwuagwu (born September 4, 1996) is a guard for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at TCU.

Professional career

Houston Texans

After going undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft, Iwuagwu signed with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent on April 27, 2020.[1] He was waived during final roster cuts on September 5, 2020 and re-signed by the Texans to their practice squad on September 7, 2020. Iwuagwu was released from the Texans' practice squad on September 14, 2020.

Cleveland Browns

Iwuagwu was signed to the Cleveland Browns' practice squad on December 28, 2020.[2] He was elevated to the Browns' active roster on January 2, 2021 prior to the team's Week 17 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.[3] Iwuagwu reverted to the Browns' practice squad on January 4, 2021.

Iwuagwu was signed to the Browns' reserve/futures list on January 18, 2021.[4]
