Digital Economy and Society Index
The Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI)[1] monitors Europe's overall digital performance and tracks the progress of EU countries regarding their digital competitiveness.[2] It monitors the performance of member states in digital connectivity, digital skills, online activity and digital public services.[3][4][5]
