Gaofen (satellite)

Gaofen (Chinese: 高分; pinyin: Gāofēn; lit. 'high resolution') is a series of Chinese high-resolution Earth imaging satellite for the state-sponsored program China High-resolution Earth Observation System (CHEOS).[1] The first of the Gaofen series satellites, Gaofen 1 was launched in 2013.
