Production

In Rainbows – From the Basement was filmed in a day[5] with sound by Nigel Godrich and video direction by David Barnard at the Hospital's TV Studio in London's Covent Garden[6] for longtime Radiohead collaborator Godrich's podcast and television programme From the Basement.[7] The Radiohead performance was the beginning of the second series of the programme.[8][9] Radiohead performed songs from their 2007 album In Rainbows, plus the Hail to the Thief (2003) tracks "Myxomatosis", "Where I End and You Begin" and "The Gloaming" and the Kid A (2000) track "Optimistic".[6][10]
