Jraberd
Jraberd (Armenian: Ջրաբերդ) or Chilabord (Azerbaijani: Çiləbörd or Çiləbürt) is a village de jure in the Tartar District of Azerbaijan, de facto in the Martakert Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh. The village has an ethnic Armenian-majority population, and also had an Armenian majority in 1989.[2]

History
The village has been controlled by Artsakh since the First Nagorno-Karabakh war. The village is on the Nagorno-Karabakh Line of Contact. There have been allegations of ceasefire violations in the village's vicinity.[3]
It has been reported that Hasan Jalalyan, the founder of the princely family who ruled over the Principality of Khachen lived here at the ancient castle, and functioned as the center of his line.
