Qızılqaya, Kalbajar
Qızılqaya or Harutyunagomer (Armenian: Հարությունագոմեր) is a village de jure in the Kalbajar District of Azerbaijan, de facto in the Martakert Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh.
