KVMI

KVMI (1270 AM) is a radio station licensed to Tulare, California, United States, serving the Visalia-Tulare area. The station is currently owned by Momentum Broadcasting, LP. It was originally licensed as KCOK on January 7, 1946, and broadcast 250 watts at 1240 kHz.[1] It moved to 1270 kHz in 1949, and increased power to 1,000 watts.[1] In 1963, the station's daytime power was increased to 5,000 watts.[1]
