Kazuki Osaki

Kazuki Osaki (大﨑 一貴, Osaki Kazuki, born August 28, 1996) is a Japanese kickboxer and Muay Thai fighter, currently signed with RISE, where he is the current RISE Super Flyweight champion.[1]

Martial arts career

Muay thai career

Osaki made his professional debut against Yuzuki Sakai at MUAYTHAI WINDY SUPER FIGHT. He won the fight by unanimous decision.[3] He won his next fight against Kaito Gibu as well, before suffering his first professional loss to Banfus Hunter at MUAYTHAI WINDY SUPER FIGHT vol.17.[4] Osaki would go on to amass a 7-1-2 (1) record, before fighting Yuya Kosaka for the WMC Japan Flyweight title at Muay Lok 2017 1st. He won the fight by unanimous decision.[5]

Osaki won his next six fights, including four straight victories at the Lumpinee Stadium. He was scheduled to defend his WMC title for the first time against Taiga Nakayama at The Battle Of Muaythai 17.[6] Osaki won the fight by majority decision.[7] In his next fight he won the Lumpinee Stadium of Japan Flyweight title, with a knockout of Tatsuya Hibata. He afterwards fought Kiew Parunchai for the Lumpinee Stadium 112 lbs belt, but lost the fight by decision.[8]

Following his failed title bid, Osaki won two fights with the KNOCK OUT promotion, scoring TKO wins against Tatsuya Noto and Yoshiho Tane. On the back of these two wins, Osaki was scheduled to fight a trilogy match with Issei Ishii, with the two of them having fought two draws in 2014 and 2015. Ishii won the fight by majority decision.[9]

HOOST CUP

Osaki had his first fight under the HOOST CUP banner at against KING Takeshi at HOOST CUP KINGS NAGOYA 6.[10] He would two more fights with HOOST CUP, defeating Koudai Hirayama by unanimous decision[11] and Choi Seok Hee by TKO. He won three more fights outside of HOOST CUP, including a notable majority decision over Shota Takiya at Rizin 18 - Nagoya.[12]

RISE

In his promotional debut, Osaki was scheduled to fight Kazane.[13] He won the fight by unanimous decision. Osaki next fought Jin Mandokoro at RISE 140, an won the fight by majority decision, after an extra round was fought.[14]

At RISE 142, Osaki challenged Toki Tamaru for the RISE Super Flyweight title. Osaki won the fight by unanimous decision.[15]

In his next fight, Osaki fought a non-title bout with Kyo Kawakami at RISE 143. He beat Kawakami by unanimous decision.[16]
