Vaca made his top flight debut in the Bolivian league in a 1–3 loss to Sport Boys Warnes at home on February 10, 2014.

Vaca was summoned to the Bolivian U-20 team to play in the 2015 South American Youth Football Championship.[1]

He was named in Bolivia's senior squad for a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Colombia in March 2016.[2]
