Little League Softball World Series

The Little League Softball World Series is a softball tournament for girls aged 11 to 12 years old. It was first held in 1974 and is held every August at Stallings Stadium in Greenville, North Carolina, in the United States.

Qualification Regionals

The six regional tournament winners which compete in the Little League Softball World Series, as well as the states those regional champions could possibly hail from are as follows:

  • Central (ND/SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, MI, WI, OH, IN, IL, KY)
  • East (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, PA, NY, NJ, MD, DC, DE)
  • Southeast (VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN)
  • Southwest (MS, LA, AR, TX East, TX West, OK, CO, NM)
  • West (AZ, NV, UT, Northern CA, Southern CA, OR, WA, WY, MT, ID, HI)
  • Oregon District 4 (Banks, Forest Grove, Lake Oswego, South Beaverton, SW Portland, Tigard, Tillamook, Tualatin City, Willow Creek)
