Luguan, Hunan

Luguan Town (simplified Chinese: 炉观镇; traditional Chinese: 爐觀鎮; pinyin: Lúguàn zhèn) is an urban town in and subdivision of Xinhua County, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China.[1]
