Distribution

Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, West Malaysia, Indonesia (Sumatra, Java, Borneo, Bangka), Vietnam, Singapore. Type locality: "in India Orientali", later restricted to "Sumatra; Singapore" by Gray (1863:177).
