Members of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly, 1938–1941
Members of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly who served in the 32nd parliament held their seats from 1938 to 1941. They were elected at the 1938 state election,[1] and at by-elections.[2][3][4] The Speaker was Reginald Weaver.[5]</ref>
- The changes to the composition of the house, in chronological order, were: Dunningham died, Turner's election overturned, Morton died, Quirk died, Webb died, Waddell died, Davidson and Horsington joined the ILP, Burke joined the ILP, ILP readmitted into Labor,Brown died, 9 MLAs split from Labor, Chaffey died, Stevens resigned, Spooner resigned, and Wade resigned.<ref name=':11' group='lower-alpha'>Barwon Country MLA Ben Wade resigned to unsuccessfully contest the federal seat of Gwydir at the 1940 election. Labor candidate Roy Heferen won the by-election on 25 October.
