Bella Grill of Lino Lakes was crowned Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen on March 14, 2020 at Central Lakes College in Brainerd, Minnesota. She will compete for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2021 at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on August 8, 2020 in Orlando, Florida.
