Mountain Ridge is an unincorporated community located in Cobb County and Cherokee County counties in the U.S. state of Georgia.

Mountain Ridge is located in north-northeastern Cobb County and south-southeastern Cherokee County. The community is roughly bounded by:
It is roughly bordered to the north by the Woodstock city limits, to the east by Roswell in Fulton County, to the southeast by East Cobb, to the west by Noonday, Bell's Ferry Road, I-575, and the Kennesaw city limits, and to the south by the Marietta city limits.
Mountain Ridge is centered at 34° 4' 28.9992'' N, 84° 29' 5.4816'' W (34.074722, -84.484856), near the Jamerson-Trickum Road intersection, alongside the Cobb and Cherokee county line.
Culture
A popular community event is the Bethlehem Walk, held annually at the Mountain View UMC.
History
The community acquired its name from the nearby Sweat Mountain, and the Mountain View UMC church.
