Rómulo Méndez

Rómulo Méndez Molina (born December 21, 1938 in Cobán) is a retired Guatemalan football referee. He was the first Guatemalan referee ever to participate in a World Cup finals,[1] refereeing one match in the 1982 World Cup and one match in the 1986 edition.

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Méndez and the second or maternal family name is Molina.
