San Lorenzo Formation, Bolivia

The San Lorenzo Formation is a Dapingian geologic formation of southern Bolivia. The dark gray, greenish, and black shale with thin intercalations of white-yellow quartzites were deposited in an open marine submarine fan environment.[1][2]
