"The Whole World" is the first single released from Outkast's first compilation album, Big Boi and Dre Present... Outkast. The song peaked at number 19 on both the Billboard Hot 100 the week of February 23, 2002 and the UK Singles Chart. The single features Killer Mike and Joi. Killer Mike would later go on to provide vocals on the duo's following single, "Land of a Million Drums". The song was written by Outkast and produced by Earthtone III.
