This is a list of United States Virgin Islands' representatives and their placements at the Big Four international beauty pageants, considered the most important in the world. The country has yet to win any of the four pageants.

The United States Virgin Islands has been represented in the Big Four international beauty pageants, the four major international beauty pageants for women.[1][2] These are Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Earth.[3][4][5]
